The salon suite model offers private spaces for licensed professionals in cosmetology, barbering, skincare, makeup, lashes and brows, massage therapy, waxing, and medi spa services. While each suite operates independently, tenants share access to thoughtfully designed common areas.

The community is built on the principle of independence, together. Allison’s cosmetology salon, Attitude of Style, anchors a corner suite and serves as a hub for behind-the-chair education and mentorship. Teresa oversees daily operations, maintenance, and provides business coaching. New tenants receive support with LLC formation, account setup, and guidance through the cosmetology licensing process.
