Latita Persaud is an Assistant Vice President / Junior Government Banking Relationship Officer at Kearny Bank, where she supports the growth and management of the Bank’s government and business banking relationships. Working in collaboration with senior leadership and the Government Banking team, Latita is focused on delivering exceptional client service while helping to expand strategic partnerships across the Bank’s public sector portfolio.
Over the past several years, she has worked closely with government clients, further strengthening her expertise within the public sector. With several years of professional experience in the banking industry, Latita brings a strong background in client relationship management, business development, and government, retail, and business banking. She has developed a wealth of experience across these sectors and consistently demonstrates the ability to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence, Latita provides clients with the high level of expertise and responsiveness they have come to expect from Kearny Bank.
Latita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University and has further enhanced her leadership and banking expertise through completion of the Management Development Program with the Washington Bankers Association.
