Kearny Bank Chief Compliance Officer Receives 2026 Compliance Leader Award

RECOGNIZED – Silvia Merino-Topley of Garfield, Senior Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer at Kearny Bank, has been named the Eastern Region recipient of the 2026 Compliance Leader Award.

Presented by nationwide compliance service provider Compliance Alliance, the prestigious, annual honor will be awarded in May at the American Bankers Association Risk and Compliance Conference in Charlotte.

The award recognizes outstanding compliance professionals who’ve made significant contributions to their companies, communities, and the banking industry. Merino-Topley joined Kearny Bank in 2020 and has worked in the banking sector since 1990.
