WATERBURY, CT (August 27, 2026) – Upgrades throughout a 10-story, 114-unit apartment building in Waterbury, CT have been completed, through a $7.3 million refinance loan from Kearny Bank. Located just steps from Waterbury Green in downtown Waterbury, the 60 Phoenix Avenue community provides high-density housing options in the midst of intense regional demand.
