2026 Client Appreciation Celebration Official Rules 

NO ACCOUNT OPENING OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT OPENING DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The 2026 Client Appreciation Celebration (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents of the states of New Jersey and New York who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors or agents of Kearny Bank, its affiliated companies, marketing partners and their respective immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and individuals living in the households of such individuals are not eligible to participate. All entries submitted are the property of Kearny Bank (“Sponsor”).  No account opening or purchase is required to participate. Limit one entry per person.

How to Participate: The Sweepstakes period begins April 20, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET and ends May 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit an entry in one of two ways: (1) at a branch office; or (2) by mail. All entries must be received by 12:00 PM ET on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Sponsor is responsible for the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry in-person at any of our New Jersey or New York branch offices. To enter the Sweepstakes by mail, you may hand print your full name, address, zip code, telephone number, and email address on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper and mail your entry with first class postage affixed to: Kearny Bank, 120 Passaic Avenue, Fairfield, NJ 07004, Att: Marketing – 2026 Client Appreciation Celebration. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final. Only the entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and that are completed correctly in accordance with these Official Rules will be eligible for the Sweepstakes (each, an “Eligible Entry”). Proof of submission is not proof of receipt of an entry by Sponsor. Each person may submit one Eligible Entry only. If Sponsor determines that more than one Eligible Entry was submitted by a person, it reserves the right to disqualify all Eligible Entries made by such person. All entry forms become the property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

• Prizes; Odds of Winning: One (1) of three (3) prizes ("Prizes”) will be awarded to three (3) separate winners (each, a “Winner”).
• Grand Prize. One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Sphere for a concert of their choice. Prize includes coach airfare for two, hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (single room / double occupancy), $500 food credit and $100 Uber credit. Concert and hotel are subject to availability. All Grand Prize details are the sole discretion of Sponsor. Reservations must be booked and the Grand Prize award must be completely used by October 1, 2027, or the prize will be forfeited. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely winner’s responsibility. By way of example, expenses such as, but not limited to, transportation, meals, and events are specifically excluded from the Grand Prize and must be arranged and provided by winner. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older and travel on the same itinerary as the winner. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “AS IS” with no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or Administrator or for which Sponsor or Administrator may be liable, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms, conditions, restrictions, and/or limitations may apply to the Grand Prize for which Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable. Sponsor and Administrator will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained to person or property in connection with the Grand Prize. ARV of grand prize is $3900. Total value of the Grand Prize may not exceed $3900 inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Second Prize. One (1) second prize will be awarded. Second prize winner will receive $500 Ticketmaster gift card and Bose QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones. ARV of second prize is $839.

• Third Prize. One (1) third prize will be awarded. Third prize winner will receive a matching set of luggage. ARV of third prize is $250.
  

For all Prizes: There is no cash equivalent for the prize, prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Only one (1) prize per person. ARV of all prizes is $4989.00.

The odds of winning vary based on total number of Eligible Entries received. Sponsor’s decision is based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and is final and binding in all respects. Each Winner will be awarded one of the three (3) Prizes listed above.

Winners; Notification: Potential winners need not be present to win. Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing containing all Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be a drawing on May 26, 2026 at 12:00PM ET. If you are chosen as potential winner, you will be notified via phone or email address provided in your Eligible Entry.  In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted or if there is no response from the winners within three (3) business days after notification, Sponsor reserves the right to draw an alternate potential winner from the remaining Eligible Entries. Each potential Winner is required to complete, sign and return: (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, (ii) a Publicity Release, and (iii) an IRS Form W-9, within ten (10) business days of notification or attempted notification of being a potential Winner or the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor shall have no liability for any notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential winner for any reason. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to its award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries.

General; Publicity: The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Prizes are not transferable.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes or any one or more components of the Prizes with a prize or component of equal or greater value. Each Winner is solely responsible for any and all Federal, state and local taxes and fees assessed as a result of the Prize.

By claiming their Prizes, the Winners authorize the use, without additional compensation, of their name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and/or municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes, worldwide, in any manner and in any medium, in all forms of media which the Sponsor may deem appropriate, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law.

Release; Indemnity; Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants and Winners, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of the prizes awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to person or property (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or any typographical or other error in the Official Rules or the or announcement of any prize. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory will any entrant or winner be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants and winners hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages or attorneys’ fees and expenses (even if Sponsor has been made aware of the potential for such damages) related to these Official Rules, the prizes and the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSORS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Choice of Law: This Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

All trademarks and product names appearing in collateral are the property of their respective owner(s) and used upon permission of such respective owner(s).

Miscellaneous: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision is determined to be invalid, or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, such provision shall be severed and the remaining Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.  Sponsor may modify, amend or waive any provision of these official rules at any time and without prior notice.  Nothing in these rules requires Sponsor to hold the Sweepstakes, it being understood Sponsor has the sole and exclusive right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes for any reason at any time.
