Jack D. Anastasi

Jack D. Anastasi is Kearny Bank’s Senior Vice President, Director of Government and Vertical Banking. Working in conjunction with the bank’s Government Banking Team and its Vertical Relationship Officers, Jack is charged both with managing and expanding Kearny Bank’s government and business banking relationships, through exceptional client service and enhanced product development.

Jack has a wealth of experience in government, retail and business banking sectors and provides our valued clients with precisely the type of outstanding banking service they’ve come to expect from Kearny Bank.

Jack currently sits on the Board of Directors of several charitable foundations and advisory boards, Anastasi has more than 30 years of experience in government, small business, and retail banking.

VP / Education Relationship Officer

Frances Montagnino

Frances Montagnino is Vice President, Education Relationship Officer at Kearny Bank, where she builds and maintains partnerships with public and private educational institutions. With over 20 years in financial services, including brokerage, retail banking, and commercial lending, she brings extensive expertise to support business clients’ financial success.

A Cum Laude graduate of Kaplan University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Frances has completed numerous leadership programs, most recently Harvard Business School’s Leading in the Digital Era. She is currently an MBA candidate in Caldwell University’s Business Analytics: Artificial Intelligence program.

She is an active member of the Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce and the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey, and volunteers with various charitable and educational organizations.

Joseph Hoppe

With a strong background in banking and government relations, Joseph serves as an AVP / Junior Government Relationship Officer, where he leverages his expertise in financial services to foster and manage critical relationships with government agencies.

His academic foundation, a bachelor's degree in finance with a focus on accounting, has provided him with a solid understanding of financial strategies and analysis.

With previous roles including Government Banking Officer and VP of Banking Sales, he has gained comprehensive experience in government banking, sales, and client relationship management.
