Artificial intelligence upgrade providing 24/7 information, support on Kearny Bank’s website

A new artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot from Clinc – the leader in conversational AI technology for banking – now provides 24/7 access both to information and support via Kearny Bank’s website. The virtual assistant chatbot enables clients to quickly access online information by interacting either through spoken or typed queries.

Natural and free-flowing, online exchanges using Clinc’s technology are truly conversational.
