Supporting the Wayne Interfaith Network (WIN), Kearny Bank’s Wayne branch recently held a food drive based on donations both by clients and bank employees. The non-perishable items collected –
Including paper products, canned goods, and cereal – were transferred directly to WIN’s food pantry.
“I hope everyone throughout Wayne considers us an integral member of the community,” explains Patricia Esposito Hulbert, Assistant Vice President / Retail Relationship Manager at Kearny Bank’s Wayne location. “I think this food drive reflects our commitment to being involved – particularly with a group like WIN that helps so many people. We’re delighted to be able to coordinate this assistance.”
Kearny Bank’s support of WIN also featured a recent, $5,000 grant from KearnyBank Foundation.
A coalition of volunteers from various houses of worship and community organizations, WIN provides services while promoting interfaith friendship, respect, and understanding in the greater Wayne area.
